II.  Duration of Games:  Each game will consist of two 25-minute halves and a 5-minute halftime.  To maintain the flow of the event, the clock will only be stopped in the event of a player injury that requires medical staff to enter the field of play in all Group Stage games and all Crossover Round games except the Championship Game.  During the Championship Game, the clock will stop for goals, cards, and injuries as usual.  There will be no on-field warm-up time available (except for the first game of the day at each site, and the first game of the Crossover Round).  Off-field warm-up space will be available at both sites.  If inclement weather causes a game to be delayed, all games that have reached halftime will be considered final.  The MHSAA “Goal Differential” rule (8-goal mercy rule) will be used for all games.

2. Total Goal Difference (maximum 5 per game)
3. Total Goals Scored (maximum 5 per game)
4. Least Goals Allowed (no maximum per game)
5. Penalty Kicks

If all three teams are tied on points, move through the tiebreakers until one team is eliminated and then restart the tiebreaking process from the first tiebreaker.  If the 3rd Place Game or 5th Place Game end in a draw, the result will be considered final.  If the Championship Game ends in a draw, teams will proceed directly to Penalty Kicks (no overtime) to determine a winner.

IV.  Awards:  The winning team will receive a team trophy as well as individual awards for all players.
