Varsity Lacrosse defeated Ann Arbor Huron 15-6 in the State pre-Regional game Wednesday night. Darren Barber scored 5 goals. Nate Lazar scored four goals. Caden Courter, Zac Sawdy, Presley Goodemoot, Zac Hurd, Nick Bradford, and Blake Zweng each scored a goal.
Tigers get a victory over Grosse Ile

Varsity Lacrosse played a hard fought game at Grosse Ile and came away with a 6-4 victory. Nate Lazar and Ben Jeng scored two goals each. Darren Barber and Caden Courter each scored one goal. Great job Tigers!

Varsity Lacrosse achieved its 6th win of the season in a 14-3 victory over Walled Lake Western Friday night. Darren Barber and Nate Lazar both scored three goals each. Zac Sawdy and Presley Goodemoot both had two goals each. Caden Courter, Zac Hurd, Nick Bradford and Kyle Mikulski scored one goal each.

Boys Lacrosse Wins the Bay City Tournament

Varsity Lacrosse went 4-0 in the Bay City Central Invitational Tournament this past weekend and took 1st place. Belleville defeated Goodrich, Bandon-Holly, Anchor Bay, and Linden-Fenton. Nate Lazar, Darren Barber, Ben Jeng, Caden Courter, Nick Bradford, Kyle Mikulski, Zac Hurd, and Mike Platt scored goals during the Tournament. Outstanding goalkeeping was delivered by Jaiden Robbins and Nate Clark.

Game are played at 3 fields this year two are located at Bay City Central High School 1624 Columbus Ave. Bay City Mi 48708. The Stadium located directly behind school is designated the Stadium Field for game. The Field Located directly east of stadium is designated BCC Practice Field for games. The 3rd field is located behind Kolb Element Elementary School at 305 Crump St. Bay City Mi 48706 and designated Field at Kolb Field for games. Kolb is located about 2.5 miles southwest of Central High School and is about a 10-12 min drive. There are no locker rooms at Kolb Field. Porta potty is at field also bottle water will be available free for teams at Kolb Field if they do not have own supply. This year Central High School is hosting on the same day as our Lacrosse tournament the Michigan History Day State Final this is expected to draw approximately 1500 people. So there are designated parking areas and tent setup areas for lacrosse tournament that must be strictly followed this year. They are as followed there is no parking directly behind school south parking until after 1pm so teams coming back from Kolb field will be able to park in this lot. Also team buses, motorhomes and trailers will be allowed to park in this parking lot but must park in east corner of parking lot or as far away from school as possible (back of lot) other than these case the lot in this area is designate for History Day Parking only an may only be parked in after 3pm. All parking in lots for lacrosse must take place in lots located east of Stadium field off of Johnson Street. Entry on to playing fields and stands are only possible from off of Johnson street. Team tents and Tables are to be set up in fenced in field located east of stadium field and west of practice field. Concessions will be available at Central’s Field (Hot Dogs, Sloppy Joes, Chips, Baked goods, Coffee, pop, water, Gatorade and other items) very reasonably priced. There are also Pubs and Restaurants that support are team close to Stadium that serve excellent food. Info will be available at ticket tables. Tournament long sleeve shirts will also be on sale for $15. EACH TEAM WILL PLAY 4 GAMES NO MATTER WHAT THERE WIN/LOSS RECORD IS!!!!!THIS HAS BEEN ISSUE IN PASS WITH PLAYERS AND PARENTS LEAVING AFTER 2 OR 3 LOSSES EVERY TEAM HAS A GAME IN CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND.

Belleville Lacrosse achieved its first win of the season in a 12-4 victory over Ann Arbor Huron on Friday. Nate Lazar had 4 goals, Darren Barber scored 3, Caden Courter & Ben Jeng scored twice each and Nick Bradford had one goal. Congratulations Tigers!

Varsity Lacrosse lost a tough one in OT

Varsity Lacrosse opened the 2019 season against Grosse Pointe South yesterday. Five goals from Darren Barber, 4 goals from Caden Courter, 2 goals each from Nate Lazar, Ben Jeng, Nick Bradford, and 1 from Jack Foster were not enough in a tough 16-17 OT loss to Grosse Point South.
